Before the Project Began
Before this project, Maryam Zare presented her professional work and coaching services through Instagram and did not have an independent website. Clients could not explore her services, professional background, and ways to work with her in one connected place, or book and pay for a session directly online. The central need was an independent digital home that brought presentation, trust, and client action into one clear journey.
What Did the Website Need to Enable?
The website needed to help visitors understand who Maryam Zare is, how she approaches coaching, and whether her services are relevant to their needs, while giving them a direct way to take the next step without moving between separate channels. The main goals were to:
- Present Maryam, her experience, and her approach to coaching in one connected place
- Explain Confidence Coaching, Career Coaching, and Life Coaching clearly
- Help visitors decide whether the sessions are relevant to their needs
- Answer key questions before booking
- Create a direct path for choosing a time, making a payment, and receiving the session link
- Establish an independent foundation for future content and an English version of the website
ZARMIND’s Role in the Project
ZARMIND led the project’s digital direction from understanding the need through launch. The work included digital strategy, visual identity design, content structure, UX/UI, website development, booking and payment integration, testing, and launch. Since release, the collaboration has continued through support, content updates, and further development.
Decisions That Shaped the Solution
For the first release, the essential information was organized into one continuous page, allowing visitors to learn about Maryam, explore her services, review key questions, and reach the booking process without moving between multiple pages.
The service journey did not begin with a general definition of coaching. Instead, the content first addressed concerns such as overthinking, self-doubt, and difficulty making decisions, helping visitors recognize whether Maryam’s services were relevant to their needs before exploring the details.
The services were organized into Confidence Coaching, Career Coaching, and Life Coaching, supported by a separate section explaining the situations and needs the sessions are designed for. This helps visitors find where they fit without requiring prior familiarity with coaching terminology.

Before visitors enter the booking process, the website clearly presents the essential session details: online delivery, a 60-minute duration, and a fee of CAD 89. Frequently asked questions and an explanation of what clients can expect from the session are included in the same journey, giving visitors the key information they need before deciding.

The action path was organized into three clear steps: choosing an available time, completing the payment, and receiving the Zoom link. Booking and payment were connected to the website journey so clients would not need to move between separate messages and channels to arrange a session.

The visual identity was built around Maryam Zare’s real presence. Authentic portraits, a custom MZ mark, and a light neutral palette with gold accents created a consistent personal and professional identity. Rather than relying on generic coaching imagery, Maryam remained the central face of the brand experience.

The first release launched in Persian, while the availability of coaching in both Persian and English was made clear from the beginning. The English website was planned as a separate development stage so it could be completed and reviewed as a full experience rather than added as a partial translation.
What We Built
The result is an independent one-page website for the Maryam Zare Coaching personal brand, bringing presentation, services, and booking into one continuous journey. The launched product includes:
- A visual identity and custom MZ mark
- An introduction to Maryam, her experience, and her coaching perspective
- Clear presentation of Confidence Coaching, Career Coaching, and Life Coaching
- Guidance on who the sessions are suited for and why clients may choose to work with Maryam
- Frequently asked questions and clear details about the session format, duration, and price
- An overview of relevant coaching topics and what clients can expect from a session
- A three-step journey for choosing a time, completing payment, and receiving the Zoom link
- Contact paths through Instagram and email

The Result
Maryam Zare now has an independent digital home that brings her personal brand, services, and client journey into one connected experience. Visitors can review the information they need, choose an available time, complete the session payment, and receive the Zoom link. These launched capabilities form the verifiable outcome of the project.
After Launch
ZARMIND’s work with Maryam Zare continues after launch. Current support includes responding to website issues, updating content, and developing new features in stages. An English version is also planned and will be added after its content has been fully prepared and reviewed.
Client Experience
“Before launching the website, Instagram was the main place where I presented my work, but clients could not book a session or make a payment directly. Throughout the project, my needs were heard, and I received clear guidance and visual examples to help me make decisions about the website and its features. The result is a website that brings my professional profile and coaching services together, while allowing clients to choose an available time, complete their payment, and receive the link to their session. I am very happy with both the experience and the final design, and the response from friends and colleagues has also been very positive. Our work continues through ongoing support, content updates, and new features. Whenever I have a question or need help, I receive a prompt response by message, email, or phone.”
