Before this project, Maryam Zare presented her professional work only through Instagram. ZARMIND designed and launched an independent digital home for her that brings personal brand introduction, coaching services, trust-building, and online booking and payment together in one connected experience. The project's digital strategy, visual identity, content structure, UX/UI, development, and the booking and payment integration were carried out by ZARMIND. Support and development continue, and an English version of the site is planned for a future stage.

If you do not have a website yet, we do not begin with colours or visual style. First, we learn what you offer, who you need to reach, and what the website needs to accomplish. Then we design and build a site that presents your business clearly and professionally, while making it easier for people to contact you, make a purchase, or book an appointment.
Website Redesign & Improvement
Having a website does not always mean it is doing its job well. If your services are difficult to understand, the mobile experience is frustrating, or the site's appearance and performance no longer meet the needs of your business, we identify what is getting in the way and improve it through a complete or phased redesign.

Sometimes a website needs to do more than introduce a business. If people need to make a purchase, book an appointment, register, sign in to an account, or track information, we design and add the right features around how the business actually operates.

We launch the product on its final infrastructure and provide the access, information, and guidance you need. After release, we remain available through an agreed support plan for maintenance, troubleshooting, and future development.

We begin by asking for a few details about your business, goals, and project needs. After an initial review, we discuss your current situation, audience, priorities, and what you expect the project to achieve. If the project is a good fit, we define the scope, timeline, responsibilities, and estimated cost before the work begins. You do not need an account to send an initial enquiry. If you decide to continue, you create one at the next stage.
Cost and timing are estimated after we understand the requirements and define the project scope. The number and type of pages, required features, content, languages, connected services, and technical complexity all affect the estimate. Before work begins, the scope, cost, and timeline are set out in the proposal and agreement. Work starts after the initial payment, with the remaining amount paid according to the size and stages of the project.
Not necessarily. During our initial conversations, we identify the pages and information the website needs, then propose an appropriate structure. You provide the essential facts about your business, services, or products. Writing or editing the content can also be included in the project scope when agreed.
Your domain and core project accounts remain registered to and controlled by you, while ZARMIND receives the access needed for setup and support. Hosting is purchased from an independent provider, and its cost is separate from ZARMIND's services. When agreed, ZARMIND can also handle the selection, setup, and technical management of the hosting service.
After launch, support can include technical updates, maintenance, backups, troubleshooting, content changes, and the development of new features. The services needed for each project are defined through a clear plan, including the scope, duration, response times, and cost.
